| What is an impact hunt ? | ||
| An impact Hunt is a fun, team-building "Treasure Hunt" involving tailored challenges that teams must undertake together in order to score points. It would be designed around your company, the specific event or conference and the location. It provides participants with a relaxing and enjoyable way to get to know each other, to work together in a fun environment, to get competitive in a non-threatening way or to become familiar with a new location. Participants travel with their teams around the Hunt location undertaking various quirky, creative and lateral challenges. Hunts can be conducted on foot, on bikes, in cars, on public transport, on boats. The possibilities are endless. Our Hunts do not require physical fitness and so are ideal for people of all ages and levels of energy (or lack thereof !!!). |

What can one learn from an impact hunt ? |
||
any or all of the following ...
or absolutely nothing……JUST PURE FUN FOR THE SAKE OF PURE FUN !!! |
||
| Cameras !!! | ||
| Teams are given a Polaroid Camera with which they'll need to take photos as evidence that certain challenges have been undertaken. Apart from adding an extra element to the Hunt, the photos provide some amusing mementos from the day !!! The feedback from our clients on the camera component has been outstanding. |

||
| Timing ? | ||
| The Hunt could be designed to last any length of time (anywhere between 1 to 3 hours usually), ending with a marking ceremony at a designated location where drinks or nibblies could be served. A short prize presentation could take place at the Hunt's conclusion, in which the winning team is announced, a summary of the amusing moments is given and prizes awarded. |
||
| Challenges ? | ||
| Challenges might include (depending on company, industry, location, personality of the group and objectives of Hunt) : finding absurd items around the Hunt location, busking in a very public place, photographing smiling parking policemen, taking a photo of a team member walking a little old lady across the road, taking a photo of a team member serving a customer at a restaurant, convincing tourists to accompany the team for a short period of time ... and so on. |
